Urgent Drain responded to my request to fix 2 clogged kitchen sinks the same day and was able to send a technician by 4PM. The tech started on the first floor and encountered a problem with the plumbing system. He spoke to his supervisor who said he would come in the next morning to resolve the issue . Robert came in at 9AM and replaced PVC fittings in the basement.He was then able to clear blockage for both sinks. Robert did a great job. He was polite, responsive and knew exactly what to do. The price was reasonable compare to other quotes. I recommend this company and would hire them again.

On Sunday, September 5, I used Urgent Drain to clear a backed up basement toilet. They quickly diagnosed problem and had the drain cleared in less than 10 minutes. As for cost, they charged $414 (with tax). A bit pricey, but had no choice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for drain cleaning and charge a flat fee no strings attached. It entails, Sewer drain, Sinks, tub/shower and toilet. We also provide a 30 day gurantee on our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I like to know the exact problem, how long it has been occurring and has the problem gotten worse. I also like to know if the customer has done anything themselves to try and resolve it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Hohokus School of Trade Plumbing Apprenticeship Program which is 1 year hands-on and theory program and I'm currently working with a licensed, insured & bonded Plumbing company.
