I would advise a customer to take their time when deciding on a provider. Find a few estimates from different companies. Cheaper doesn't always mean better -there may be a reason why they are less expensive (cheap materials,poor workmanship). Are the other companies over charging? Ask for a descriptive breakdown in the estimate.
