Vladimir is an extraordinary being, I believe everyone has a calling and a purpose in life. She has definitely found hers, apart from being a lovely young women she is an extraordinary therapist. My marriage was hanging on by a thread and all hope was lost. From the moment I entered her office I felt peace, tranquility and a sense that everything would be ok. The break through that she has facilitated between my partner and I is out of the world. 5⭐️ Service

Joan Warren is an exceptional therapist. She possesses superb education, training and practical knowledge which enable her to perceive challenges which her clients are facing, and identify and provide counseling and therapy which enables clients with her assistance to address their challenges and achieve positive results. Joan provided couples therapy for my wife and me which was enlightened and beneficial. She also assisted me to better understand my behavioral patterns and the historical experiences which influenced them, which enabled me to grow as a person. Joan has exhibited an earnest and heartfelt desire to assist us and has been very effective. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

Reverend Williams did an amazing job on officiating our wedding July 8, 2018 at Astoria World Manor. He was professional, punctual, sweet, great speaker, funny and kept everyone engaged in the ceremony. We met with him a few months prior to the wedding for marriage counseling and he made us feel comfortable and more connected to one another. Rev. Williams was amazing and we loved him officiating our special day. He truly made our ceremony beautiful.

Tom has shown that he genuinely cares about how, when, and if I progress. He is invested in whether I actually achieve breakthroughs toward my personal success. Considering that my goals are so immense: to metamorphosize an ashamed, unhappy, ineffective, & lonely guy, with limited professional influence, into a proud, happy, effective, socially fulfilled, & profoundly influential version of myself, it would have been easy for him to give up on me. Even though I'm confident many life coaches in his position would have terminated our relationship months ago, dealing with such a high-maintenance client as myself - expressing to him hundreds of suggestions / criticisms / requests, expecting a personalized experience that caters to my individual needs, and offering frequent pessimism or guarded skepticism at best - he has been patient, flexible, & determined to support my progress. It has been several months since Tom started coaching me, and I have consciously delayed writing a review until I might have a sense not just that he cares and won't give up (after all, that's part of the job description), but that he will actually help me transform myself, in ways that countless others haven't. I have worked with therapist after therapist for years & years, undergone treatment with psychiatrists, hired dozens of countless project collaborators and personal assistants, and tried more times than I can remember to count on the support of family and friends in order to help me make the steady progress needed to break out of a deep debilitating personal rut that has lasted for decades. All of the above have been unsuccessful. I naturally wasn't expecting Tom to be any different. But I gave him a shot, deciding that I deserved a chance for renewed hope. I almost gave up on him and on myself, but he didn't give up on either. And finally, after months of 'blood, sweat, and tears,' I have come to believe there is hope at the end of the tunnel. I'm beginning to make steady transformative progress, and I'm looking forward to the journey that lies ahead. Prerequisites for success: I have to be patient, make a few reasonable leaps of faith, and make an investment in my future, emotionally and financially. I also have to be an active participant and be willing to gradually take the reins myself. I finally have to accept his limitations, while recognizing and counting on his strengths. His limitations: Tom is not a miracle worker, and in comparison to others I've worked with, he's not the most charismatic, inspiring, eloquent, forward, original, perceptive, intellectual, tech-savvy, exciting, or assertive. But his STRENGTHS far outweigh these limitations: He is persistent in his efforts. He is determined to be an ally on the road to victory, offering extra support when needed, never conceding defeat. He is compassionate, showing empathy for my experiences & struggles, frustrations and pain, & and my initial often-pessimistic attitude. He is patient, and will put in the time to understand, listen, and reevaluate / regroup when necessary. He is humble and modest, not expecting recognition, praise, notoriety, credit, or gratitude for going above and beyond. He is affordable, & ends up charging far less money than he could for his time, and far less than any of the other life coaches I considered, let alone being a mere fraction of the cost of a therapist or psychiatrist! He is respectful, as a friend would be, but sensitive & honors any boundaries I set. He never speaks down to me. He is honest, and when requested, very candid about what he thinks needs improvement, more, focus, or a shift in perception. He doesn’t rub me the wrong way as a salesman might, as though I’m a source of income, but always treats me like a person who deserves to achieve his dreams. He is passionate about helping people. He works very hard, often going above and beyond what others would do, putting his clients ahead of his personal life. He is fair, respects agreements, honors his word, readily forgives, and shows lenience. He is creative, willing to try to approach problems from new perspectives and angles. He is open-minded, willing to work with approaches and systems he’s unfamiliar with that I know are likely to be effective. He is trusting, and gives me the benefit of the doubt, while also helping me to become more accountable. He is reliable, and I have been able to count on him in ways I couldn’t count on therapists, employees, mentors, friends, & family. His system of "open access" helps me throughout the week, and this unique system of coaching has been the key to my success, helping me beat procrastination and not lose sight of my goals. He is flexible, & accommodates limitations, changes, and conflicts with my schedule, deficiencies in my attitude, and treats my perceived failures like learning opportunities to take a new, more promising approach. He is resilient, and puts up with much more than necessary for someone in his position, and never complained once to me about it. Finally, he is kind, complimentary, and friendly. He's like that 'conscience on your shoulder.' I would recommend him to anyone who is considering hiring a life coach, or to anyone who has unfulfilled dreams they know they deserve to and could achieve, but haven't. Thank you, Tom, for your efforts, and quality work :)

Alison has helped me already. My life isn't perfect. My marriage isn't perfect, in fact sometimes it's still strained, but we're moving forward and it hasn't been long. I understand myself better, and my wife. Alison is able to see things without being judgmental. She never insists I do things a certain way, just makes suggestions and guides me. I feel much more hopeful and positive thanks to Alison.

Vlada was amazing! Not only is she one of the sweetest women I've ever met, but she did a great job with the ceremony. My father signed the wrong spot on the marriage license and Vlada contacted the clerk the next business day to get a new one made up. She then drove all the way to my apartment over an hour away from her home to sign it again! I highly recommend Vlada.

As a counseling practioner, I use discretion when selecting my own therapist and marriage counselor. Tina quickly picks up the pulse of each individual as well as the dynamic between them. Her incisive and insightful comments are offered judiciously. She maintains high standards of integrity viz. HIPAA. Her availability is flexible for working couples. She balances being a caring person and professional. I highly recommend her for couples and individual therapy based on my experience with her in both areas. S.

I was new to seeing a therapist and when I was researching different profiles, Scott's jumped out at me. He talked about how he challenges his patients, was creative, and how his counseling was unique. Scott helped me come to the realization that I had to make a life changing decision. He helped me identify problematic behaviors of my own and challenged me to confront fears and uncertainties. I highly recommend him to whomever wants to address the root causes of issues in their life.

I feel extremely positive about her.She was right on the money. My confusion over what I needed to do with my life. This was because I felt stuck in a miserable marriage because there was a children involved and financial security. I picked Dr. Kasachkoff above other names I had gotten because she was highly recommended by my doctor who rarely refers patients to another doctor or professional because he states that he cannot know for sure if the match will be a good one.. He told me that he knew of her work and that in every instance, she had done excellent work. Dr. Kasachkoff helped me to understand relevant issues regarding relationships that I had either ignored or had not known their significance since I first met my husband. Dr. Kasachkof's massive experience was immediately evident. Her positive, encouraging, yet sympathetic approach helped me. She helped me resolve my marital issues as well as those that concerned my work, friends and, especially,my mother. She was totally supportive of my desire to be independent and self-reliant. Without doubt, I will seek her out should I ever need help again.

Dan Minuchin is an outstanding family therapist, mental health consultant, trainer, teacher and clinical supervisor. I have had the fortune of working with him and observing him in all of these roles over the past several years. I initially worked with Dan about 10 years ago when I was a supervisor at agency that provided family therapy and services to families struggling with adolescents and families involved in the juvenile justice and child welfare systems. In this setting, he provided case consultation, supervision, and training to a team of social workers and family therapists. This model included live supervision and the use of a one way mirror. Dan would also accompany therapists on home visits to provide live consultations in the family's home. I later became a director of another similar family service program. I was able to hire Dan to provide Structural Family Therapy training to my entire clinical staff, as well as consultation, individual and group clinical supervision. His guidance and training was very well received by my staff and their skills as family therapists improved significantly. Dan is really a master trainer and has worked as a family therapist, teacher and trainer for several decades. He has an incredibly diverse personal and professional background and experience working with families of all walks of life. He is sensitive and well informed of the needs and experiences of families of color, immigrant families, LGBTQ families, blended families, Jewish Orthodox families, families struggling with substance abuse and mental illness, delinquent teens, children with special needs, and families dealing with divorce, loss and separation. I have referred many families to Dan and I feel confident that he is able to work with the most complex families of all backgrounds. Dan is thoughtful and empathic and has very high ethical standards. His structural and strategic approach to addressing problems is highly effective and families often will see progress in a short amount of time. I am a family therapist and clinician as well, and Dan has provided me with outstanding clinical supervision and guidance and has been instrumental in my own professional growth as a therapist and clinical supervisor.

Nancy has been magnificent in every way helping my wife and I become close again after 37 years of marriage. When I first came to her a year ago my marriage was essentially over and I was starting to consider where I would be living divorced from my wife. She brings amazing insightful real life examples of approaches to take for communication that changes thought processes. I love my wife very much and because of what Nancy implemented as part of the way we both now think of things, my marriage was saved. Believe the words you are reading. Trust her. My wife and I are thankful we did.

Eve and I worked together for a year and half. I had seen another therapist a few years prior who I liked, but it felt too much like a friendship, so I began editing myself. I felt comfortable being vunerable and not editing with Eve. She's an excellent listener, with insight I would not have received from a friend or close family member. I highly recommend her.

Josh is simply great--everything a therapist should be. My husband and I just concluded roughly two years of sessions with him (bi-weekly the last long stretch) and I can't say enough about what he enabled us to do for our relationship. He's insightful, supportive, non-judgmental, firm when he needs to be, willing to allow those long silences to elicit the buried or reluctant response when he needs to, and--above all--incredibly caring. Without getting into inappropriate details, my husband and I were in a difficult place when we came to him, and with patience and humor and deep humanity he coached us back to a place where our emotional intimacy is much enhanced and we feel much more loving and affectionate toward each other. He zeroed in on exactly what we needed (communication tools, primarily, but also some deeper issues for each of us to explore and work on) and never let us take our collective eye off of the ball. Of course in successful therapy the patients must be active partners, and so some of the credit--as he maintains--is due to us, but I have my doubts about how well we would've been able to repair our marriage without his guidance. I can't recommend him enough--thanks, Josh...

I quite accidentally stumbled upon Nancy Korngold's name as I was searching for a therapist. Turns out based on my needs she was exactly the right fit for me. I was struggling with guilt over leaving an alcoholic partner and her specialty is dealing the addicts and their families, among other things. I admired how she dealt with my issues and how well she explained the disease of addiction to me. Not only did she help me in handling the guilt and loss I was feeling over walking away from a 3 1/2 year relationship, but she also helped me uncover things about myself and a previous loss that I had not yet come to terms with. Her questions and comments to me were insightful and thought-provoking. On occasion she had me do "homework" and pushed me to go outside my comfort zone. From the start I felt comfortable talking to her...things just came...sometimes with tears, sometimes with laughter, and she always handled them with a caring and compassionate manner. And on occasion she was tough with me when I probably needed it and forced me to confront myself instead of placing blame on others. I think she is a wonderful therapist and would recommend her to anyone who needs to talk and face up to their fears. I cannot say enough good things about her.
