I emailed repairman DONOVAN !!!! 10 minutes later I received an email back after brief phone call he was at my door !!!! He was professional ,courteous and explained what the problem was and FIXED It !! I recommend to all looking for professional personable repair person he is the one !!! Grateful I found him !!!!

Even though the outcome wasn’t what we had hoped for, we are very thankful to Donovan and Sequence 7 for all their help in diagnosing our fridge. Donovan was very responsive by answering all of my questions and messages right away and didn’t pressure me to make a decision right away. If you’re on the fence about who to choose for any maintenance repairs, I highly recommend Sequence 7!

It’s so refreshing to find a repair service that offers a reasonable quote, then actually honors that quote. Add professional and super fast service to that, and you’ve got Sequence 7. Donovan, the repairman, was a pleasure to do business with. He worked quickly, neatly, and was very courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend this business for any appliance repair!

    I'm extremely honest, fair and reasonable. I will always give you an estimate before I start any repairs or order any parts

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to first get an in depth idea of the issue, (model number also) this way, when i arrive, i can have some parts to fix the unit in one visit if possible

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I trained with a company based out of Maryland, that trained me on Samsung and LG, to work directly with the companies products.
