This was my first home purchase ever and I knew absolutely nothing about homes. Based on a friends recommendation, I hired Paul to inspect the home I was buying. When I got to the house, Paul was already there inspecting the outside and was very methodical during the whole inspection. He was not the most talkative guy in the world but thats ok with me because he was so focused and concentrating on the work before him. He found several issues that we definitely needed to have worked out with the seller before the closing. All around, a very good experience from I Home Inspections
