Danny was extremely helpful with our Fujitsu air conditioners. He was clearly very knowledgeable, judging by how his info during our call prior to the job was validated by the Fujitsu technician. He and his technician spent 3 hours to identify the issue with our 2 condensing units and fixed what they believed was the issue and charged a portion of the quote. Danny gave me reassurance that if the units still had issues within 1-yr, he would come back to fix them and charge no more than the balance of the quote, and specified this on the invoice, which gives us the peace of mind that we are in good hands. The next day, Danny called me to make sure the units were still working well - a nice touch! Thank you Danny for a wonderful service! I would recommend him to others!

Of the handful of companies I reached out to for my Daikin split AC, Pacific HVAC was the only one to respond to emails/calls promptly. Danny was key in helping me choose the best system to meet my needs. Total price for the unit/installation came in way under what a national home-improvement chain was advertising. His crew was awesome - making sure the installation was plumb and neat. After-installation clean-up (often overlooked by contractors) was just as meticulous. As for the Daikin system -- whisper quiet is not just a blurb in an ad. It really is quiet.
