Gil is excellent and although willing to adapt the workout to what you want, it is always an intense workout, which I love. I didn't like the previous gym he was at but stayed only because of his personal training. I just joined the new gym that he works at and am glad he changed because he picked a gym that I really. But I joined mainly to be able to continue training with Gil. He recently introduced his partner Trini to the programme and she is also a very versatile trainer who knows her stuff and gives intense workouts. I highly recommend both of them and together they are a powerhouse team. I also appreciate that they both go beyond the exercise classes to take a personal interest in nutrition and give advise.Feb 28, 2017

Trinnie & Gil are beyond the best trainers I have ever worked with or around. They are attentive to you and your goals with individual workouts and nutrition advice tailored to you. They balance inspiration & motivation in an amazing way and you feel accomplished after a workout. I am 16lbs down in 2 months and no longer have back issues due to the strengthening of my core. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Unlike other personal training studios, NBI Fitness offers a flexible and affordable pricing system. We are almost half the cost of other in-house personal training programs at regular gyms. Prices also depend on length of commitment and number of sessions per week, and we currently offer two different training modes: one-on-one exclusive personal training and Partner personal training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we will have a conversation to assess your condition, to solidify your goals, and to create a game plan. This can be done over the phone or in-person (in-person meeting has the added benefit of enabling us to measure your body fat). Most importantly, our interaction will help you get to know us and vice-versa. If we are the right fit, then we are ready to schedule the first workout! The workouts are tough and intense, but adjustable depending on skill level and conditioning. We combine resistance training with body weight exercises in a High Intensity Interval Training format for 40 minutes with 20 minutes of low-intensity, steady-state cardio in the end for a final fat burn process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NBI Fitness trainers are all NASM certified and each has his/her own experience, specialization and expertise. Gilbert was a Stanford Athlete and has extensive training in Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, MMA/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Marathon Running, Cycling and Rowing. Trinh is a Yoga/Pilates expert and Master Trainer with extensive training in women's Bodybuilding for weight loss and muscle toning, Powerlifting, and Pole Dancing. Most recently one of her clients won Miss Vietnam 2017 and was also awarded Best Body.
