It is best for the customer to directly inquire with CBPM about their pricing, as the specific details of fees and discounts may vary. It is important for the customer to fully understand the pricing structure and all associated fees before entering into an agreement with any Property Management Company to ensure there are no surprises down the line. The customer may also want to inquire about any discounts that may be available, such as bulk discounts for managing multiple units & or properties. Ultimately, the customer should feel confident that they are receiving fair and transparent pricing for the comprehensive property management services provided by CBPM.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At CBPM, our typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation to understand their specific needs and requirements for property management. During this consultation, we discuss the property, including its current condition, rental market, and the owner's goals for the property. Next, we provide a comprehensive evaluation of the property and make recommendations for any necessary maintenance or repairs. We then advertise the property through various channels, including Multiple Listing Services, email marketing campaigns, and a network of websites to attract potential tenants. Once we receive applications from prospective tenants, we conduct a thorough screening process, which includes checking their rental and credit history, employment, income, and payment history with previous landlords. After selecting a suitable tenant, we prepare rental and lease agreements and collect the first month's rent and security deposit. After the tenant moves in, we continue to provide property management services, including regular property inspections, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. We also provide regular reports to our clients, updating them on the status of their property and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our services. Throughout the process, our goal is to provide our clients with a high level of service and support, making the property management process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
