Between the time frame he promised, his patience, his cleanliness, his awesome demeanor, the quality of his work and the value, I don’t even know where to start. After I was quoted an astronomical price for tile installation on a smaller sized backsplash project, I took it upon myself to buy my own tile and hire a thumbtack professional to complete the job for me. I was NERVOUS!!! I didn’t want to pick the wrong contractor and wanted to be confident all while wanting to get the job done YESTERDAY. Well, I reached out to Michael and immediately he got back to me. Communication was A+from start to finish. I didn’t wait longer than 20 minutes for a response and when I purchased my tile and they arrived on Weds, he was at my house Monday morning for the install. He also had such a kind attitude and had such great patience with me. I was extremely indecisive on grout color and couldn’t make up my mind. He didn’t once make me feel as a burden or a pain. When he finally installed the tile I COULDNT STOP staring at it. I was over the moon. He promised to be at my house at 11:30 and finish the job by 7pm because I have small children who are on a schedule. He arrived at 11:27 and finished and left me with a sparkling clean kitchen by 6:53. The price he gave me in advance of our appointment was the price I paid, not a dollar more. He was kind to me and my family all while respecting my home. He protected his work area, kept his own supplies and didn’t even stop to eat while working all day. My kitchen is beautiful and that is in big part to Michael and his work. I will 100% recommend him and of course will pass his info on to anyone I know."See more
