Introduction: Whether it is improving your baseball, ice hockey, golf game or just improving your overall fitness and quality of life (weight loss, muscle development and/or stress reduction), I design workouts based on your needs. I’ve assisted clients improve or maintain their mobility while suffering osteogenesis imperfecta and fibromyalgia diseases. To ensure safety, I maintain a certification in CPR and first aid. I also carry a professional liability insurance. I am a certified personal trainer through AAAI since 2000. My client base are men and women, from 12 years old to 92 years old. My specialties include pre- and post natal, post rehab for shoulder, ankle, knee and cardiac.

His dedication equates always on time and never fails to be there. ron's extensive knowledge in his area of expertise enables him to create a personalized routine for you vs. a cookie cutter, flavor of the month workout. A super trainer...keeps workouts interesting by varying routines...besides "inside the gym" exercise, he includes balance sessions for me
