Introduction: Adham formerly worked for one of the top global accounting firms as a financial services auditor. He moved on to more entrepreneurial pursuits and picked up personal training again with experience from a multi year stint during college. With over 3 years of professional training experience. His training background is based in his martial arts training where he received his black belt as a young adult, and his professional athlete training as a minor professional football player. Not to mention a bevy of skills garnered through being an advance athlete in track and field up to the national stage. Adham infuses the same skills, attributes and mindset into training clients to meet and exceed their goals. His biggest keys to a successful training cycle are: client safety through educating the performance and execution of an exercise, nutrition principles by the numbers, as well as fully explaining the benefits clients will reap from the execution of training and proper nutrition.
