I am an expert at all phases of commercial and residential construction. I am always available for my customers 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. Job covered sump pump replacement, gutter cleaning and flashing re-sealing. The initial sump pump that was installed was defective. Appreciate the extra effort Brian went through to replace and re-install a working sump pump.

I needed two doors installed. Many contractors don't like to do small jobs. The job required rerouting of plumbing so I was a bit hesitant to use a handyman. Brian came over and and was not only willing to do the job, but he worked me in right away, showed up when he said he would and completed the job in the time that he said he would. He had two folks with him who were also very personable. Very good experience and I will recommend him to anyone who asks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I do all aspects of Commercial and Residential contracting. No two jobs are alike and that is also one of the reasons I love what I do. It is also the reason jobs are always differently priced depending on site conditions and my clients personal tastes and job finishing materials (high end, low end, middle of the road).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the job done quickly and clean, I like to leave a job area cleaner than when I get there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA Class, experience is the best teacher.
