Introduction: Who Am I?
Hello! and thank you for meeting me here. Congratulations on commanding clarity and direction into your life right now!
I am Kristin Lindemann, Life Empowerment Coach, Spiritual Teacher, Multi Dimensional Healer, and the Creator of Integrated Healing Therapies, a healing practice and educational platform for the community at large.
I have been serving various communities for over thirty years through the roles of teaching, business entrepreneurship and administration, and life skills optimization. I actively teach and coach in central NJ and globally through various venues and platforms. I would love to discuss with you how I may be of service in your life today.
How we Work:
In session, we work to clarify, crystallize and balance whatever is emerging to be understood, released, transmuted, cleared, and integrated. This makes room for shifts, movement, and change to occur. The sessions are designed to generate specific direction and immediate take aways for short term and progressive implementation for easiest, swiftest results unfolding. Overviews, insights, and actions are honed and gleaned through conversation, intention work, and energy leveraging. I specialize in personal empowerment in every life area, including the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms. The time spent is always customized to the specific needs of the client.
I offer Coaching, Healings, Readings, Education, and Party Services at various times by appointment.
I offer in person sessions in Manalapan, NJ or remotely by phone, typically in one hour increments. All sessions are customized. I welcome adults, children, and animals in my practice. I charge by the hour for all services. Educational Courses are individually priced.
We may work in several different ways during the course of our sessions together. It is also possible to combine different modalities depending on the time frame and your specific goals for the session. Here are some of the forms that the work may take:
Coaching:
I am a Learning Innovator and Idea Generator, trained as a Language Arts Teacher. In session, we seek to learn what we want changed in our lives. We draw on many alternative methodologies and thought streams to optimize your life trajectories illuminated in session. I act as a catalyst and bridge of consciousness to guide your way, and together we discuss your choices on how to integrate new options discovered into your life right now in alignment with your goals and objectives. Specific guidance and suggestions are generated throughout the conversation for immediate implementation.
Business Coaching:
I work with business owners to customize and tailor strategies, planning, and market opportunity potentials as they exist. In addition, we co create to forge new pathways and streams to stretch the ceiling for new growth to form. This work is purposeful and very creative as all business plans are customized with the unique customer experience in mind. We create win-win situations for everyone in the highest and best good of all.
Alternative Healing:
As an energetic conduit, I facilitate energetic transmission through my vessel to be received by the client in alignment with the client's goals and objectives.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher, and I work with the Reiki energetics and Life Force energy as a channel to facilitate healing, wholeness and wellness in my clients. This beautiful, peaceful energy works intelligently and purposefully to create powerful shifts in the recipient.
I am a Spiritual Response Therapy Practitioner. This modality works with the Akashic record, which is the Soul's library of life experiences. The client and I work to clear and release any non serving energies out of the Soul's Akashic record and out of their bodies and lives for good. This modality allows me to act as a Soul Liberator for my client so Empowerment occurs at a very deep level of vibration. These sessions are very powerful at the Soul Level, in this incarnation and beyond, and the healing affects the multi dimensional body through the multi verse for the recipient. I am honored and humbled to offer my hands and heart in service in this way.
I am a Neo Shamanic Practitioner with Corona Virus Healing Certification. This beautiful modality works multidimensionally in several creative ways to assist the body's inherent ability to heal. Some of the protocols covered under this umbrella include energetic chakra restructure and rebalance, organ restructure, stress web removal and adrenal reset, corona virus clearing and heart & lung support, dna clearing protocol, and multibody rebalance and energetic reset. This system works especially well in increments and complements any and all healing protocols in place for the client.
Energetic Readings:
As a Divine Channel, I communicate messages from the heavenly realm that are oftentimes very healing and informative for the client. I am trained in several different methods of reading energy and draw from various divination systems to provide insight for the clients life right now. In addition to information, in session the client also receives custom energetic infusions specific to their own unique requirements and in alignment with their ascension and spiritual development pathway. The energies are always perfect, in alignment with their highest and best good.
Land and House Blessings:
Houses, Spaces, Land, and all areas of the Earth and its structures have unique energies that hold the imprints of their owners and events taking place on them through space and time. By clearing and cleansing , blessing and fragrancing these areas, we open the way for new Love imprints in be retained in those spaces and structures. This creates shifts in timelines for all who enter. This is a particular favorite of mine having worked in the Real Estate industry for over ten years. Education:
Reiki:
I teach Reiki classes regularly in various locations in NJ. I teach all levels of Reiki in the Usui tradition through the Master Teacher level. Refresher classes are also available if needed for those who are attuned to Reiki but need to remember and refresh their knowledge.

Party Services:
I am available for party services and love working with groups in your home or space. Party services are offered by appointment at your convenience. I offer Energetic Psychic Readings customized to your group and occasion. Party length is determined by your number of guests and may be structured differently depending on your venue. Typically, my minimum time spent is three hours. Readings are energetic transmissions customized and uniquely crafted for each client. The host receives a free fifteen minute reading and all guests receive a complimentary handcrafted thank you gift. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs.
