Payless Maintenace came to my home last week because my AC was not working. I had a company out prior to calling them " I always like to get second opinions first company said my condenser outside had a hole and needed replacement and said $5000 dollars well Payless came out and determined that the hole was not in the system it was only the valve $749 plus tax and my house is colder than ever !!! Payless was honest and I will refer them to everyone who ever needs help! Thanks Mike for all your honesty!!!

This company is a joke! My home warranty set me up with them to repair my wall mounted AC unit. They fixed the intial problem but wound up breaking the dial on the unit. When I called and spoke to Lisa the owner she told me to email the pics to her and she will take care of it...Well that was a month ago and still cant get in touch with anyone. They never answer their phone, and also half the time you cant even leave a message cause their voice mail box is full so u have to keep calling until you are able to leave a message. Which really doesnt help because they dont call you back.

Buyers beware. Non licensed contractors here. The picture of the two navien units that this company is using are from my house that they installed with no permit (even though they said they pulled one), original cost was okay but now I have nothing but problems. The town. No permits, the exhaust pipes are too close to a window, the electrical need to be rewired and the plumbing need to be fixed all by licensed contractors.
