We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!
I have officially completed 4 sessions (1 week) with Charles as my trainer and I'm already starting to feel great. As someone who has been out of the gym for a very long time due to surgery (back), illness, and well, lack of motivation; starting this journey is a huge deal (and quite scary) for me. It was important to find someone who is understanding but especially motivating and will push me to do things I didn't think I could: Charles is that guy. He offers the patience, motivation and knowledge I was hoping for. At every session he has introduced me to new ways of working out, which is fun for me compared to the treadmill/free weights/machine workouts I'm more familiar with. A previous reviewer said it best about his ability to "balance distraction and precision" so that I don't even feel like I'm working that hard, until the day after when I am super sore. He's given me advice on diet and because I work from home he provided me with tips for training in my apartment when I have a few minutes to breakaway from my desk. He also provides workout recommendations for days we don't meet. I've got a long way to go, but 2lbs down my first week, I know Charles has me on the right track for my goals for weight-loss, strength, and a healthier lifestyle.
I have been working out with the help of Rhonda since october 2016 and it has been a rewarding and fun experience. I haven't lost so much weight but my physical condition has improved a lot. I feel great and I have even changed my eating habits so I know that with her help I will achieve my fitness goals. Working out with her is like working out with a friend; she makes the work outs very fun, time flies and I would never thought that I could have a great time while exercising.
Katie is amazing! Not only did she make our sessions fun and interesting, she helped me organize my fitness plan for the days I didn’t see her, provided nutrition advice along with recipe ideas, didn’t mind holding my crying baby during the workout, and constantly upgraded our workout by finding new exercises for me. She tracked my body fat % and BMI which went down dramatically after this summer with her! I’m happy to continue losing weight with her sessions and now we are working on strength training. She is also very sweet, easy to talk to, punctual, and emphatic to my needs. Well worth the money!

Of all the trainers I've worked with, Carlos is by far the best by a large margin. He's very knowledgeable, has a great personality (helps on those days where the gym is the last place you want to be), and will help push you to set new mental and physical limits. He'll teach you exactly how to get your nutrition and weight under control and provide you an all-around fitness solution inside and outside the gym. He's realistic, understands how different body types work and that we're not all Olympic athletes. Consistency is the key and he'll be with you every step of the way!
I had an excellent and very successful personal training experience with Mack. I got lots of results and learned so much new information about fitness and working out. He took the time with me to really help me with my form and posture and get a solid foundation with weight lifting before I advanced to the next level. After the time spent with him I feel confident to go into the gym and use almost any piece of equipment. Not only is Mack a great trainer, he is an excellent teacher and makes the time together enjoyable, effective and efficient.
My husband and I have been training with Gil & Trinnie since June now and we continue to do so! They are so good at what they do - we are seeing results in both weight loss & getting stronger. They are very flexible with our fluctuating schedules and tailor the work outs to our bodies. It's hard work and they do push us as needed but are also caring if it's just too much for us sometimes . Both Trinnie & Gil are so enjoyable to work with and helpful with diet as well. They've changed our mindset and lifestyle for the better and highly recommend anyone in the area that needs help working out, on weight lossz, strength training, etc. They're the best!!
My experience with Brenda has been great! I do not exaggerate when I say that she has changed my life for the better. Brenda is super approachable and has a heart of gold, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and takes her job very seriously. It’s the perfect combination! I reached out to Brenda, because I needed to lose weight in order to fit into my bridesmaid’s dress. Over the course of about two months, I was able to lose more than 20 pounds with her guidance. The dress fit like a glove! The picture is of a different dress I wore soon before and again soon after my trainig sessions. Personal training for the family Ed has been the personal trainer of my family for a while now and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He has a wonderful personality and helped us not only with exercising but has given professional nutritional advice which has had a great impact on my energy levels. I'm a young mum and after birth had put weight on and had constant back pain; Ed is helping me get back in shape, tighten up the muscles after pregnancy and strengthening my body to help me with back pain. The results have been fantastic as my back pain has gone and I am starting to see my abdominal muscles coming back so it couldn’t be better. Also, he is a fantastic swim instructor for my 2 year old son. Our main aim is getting him comfortable in the water and pool safety training. Ed's great at understanding how to keep a toddler’s attention and our boy is constantly asking for his next swim class as he really enjoys it. We highly recommend Ed; hugely professional always a pleasure to have a session with him.
Chris is the man!!! I have been trying to motivate myself to lose weight for many years now, and with Chris' help it is becoming a reality. He has been very motivating, encouraging, and most of all realistic. There are no short cuts, or trying to get this weight loss done the "easy" way, and I appreciate this incredible amounts. I would say that anyone, despite their specific goals, would find aspects of working with Chris a genuine pleasure.
Carmen is the best! We started last week and after a very thorough assessment and a few new items like a fit bit and weights, and a personalized training schedule for our off days, I am so happy to be on the right track. I already feel so much better (though a little sore). She has a great can-do attitude and energy that is inspiring.
Henry is a great fitness instructor. He pushes you to do the exercise routines the *right* way and the exercise routines are very effective. Whether it is cardiovascular exercise or strength-training with free weights, he knows exactly what parts of the body to target. He also has some excellent nutritional advice to give; all you have to do is ask him. Like anything else, you have to bring a "reason why" to every session. His routines, with proper diet, will get you in shape and you will definitely feel the difference in your future cardiovascular activities. See him first!
I'm always on the go, and fitting in time to go to the gym is not always in the cards with my schedule. Being able to work with Erika and Mobile Fitness, in the comforts of my home, on MY time has been awesome! As a former athlete, when she arrived at my home with a couple small 30lb weights, I thought our workout would be a 'cake-walk'... I don't think I've sweat so hard in YEARS! I used to think that I could only get a solid workout in a gym, with HEAVY free weights and/or 'pumping iron', but in our sessions, she would (for lack of better words) kick my butt with lots of body weight focused workouts, resistance bands, and high intensity training! She even addressed multiple issues with my knee mobility (which I had lots of problems and issues with in the past, but no more!). I'm BEYOND pleased with the results I've gained through Mobile Fitness and can't wait to see what kind of results I'll reach in 2018!
I met Frankie at my heaviest after having two kids. I was tired and needed to change for myself and my kids. I hired Frankie as a personal trainer and through his support, knowledge, flexible scheduling, eating habit instructions and motivation, I was able to meet and go beyond my goal weight. He pushed me and kept me motivated. I really LOVED that he was so supportive of me. Every time I think he has no more to show me, he continues to come up with new challenges for me to meet. I highly recommend him for personal training. My beginning weight was 246 lb. and now I am at 137 lb.
The workouts are well designed and customized to each ones ability . He will push you as long you are willing to break the barrier . things he will teach you in the workouts - importance of negatives in doing weight training and importance of core strength and bringing in stability of the body . Most importantly loosening of the tissues and muscles which many trainers tend to ignore. Definetely he is an 9.25 out of 10.
I am 44 years old, work full time and actively parent 3 children ages 6, 8, and 11. Fitness was on the bottom of my priority list for around 12 years. I wasn’t even sure if it was possible to fit fitness into my life, but finally I was determined to try. Thankfully one of my colleagues referred me to Cody. I don’t know how this story would have ended if I simply joined a gym near my office and did a little cardio at lunch time, like I had originally planned. For the past 6 months I have been working out with Cody. I think of it as my special treat to me. I take a break in the early afternoon 2 days a week for 30 minutes of training. Cody is very flexible with scheduling and very reliable. Every work out is different, and he cares very much about my progress. In addition to our lunch time work outs, I also followed Cody’s recommendation and have been running on the weekends, as well as tracking everything I eat, to manage my diet. Our routine worked! In less than 6 months I managed to lose 17 pounds and gain muscle tone. It’s very noticeable. And although I’ve met my original fitness and weight loss goals, I continue to work out with Cody. I continue to grow leaner and stronger, and when I am feeling sluggish or sleepy at work, taking a break for a work out is the perfect energy boost. My 45th birthday is lurking around the corner, and I am ready for it. Thank you Cody!
I couldn't have asked for a better trainer! Unlike most trainers who pretty much sit on the sidelines and tell you to do this or do that, Moe is heavily invested in his clients. Through him i have cleaned up my diet (he will provide you with one, unique to you) and learned new techniques for my workouts in the gym. I'm an avid gym goer but not such a big fan of cardio workouts. His Body&Mind Fitness class (combined with the workout he provided), has allowed me to transform my body in ways that mindless walking on the treadmill never has! The classes are super fun, with great people, who I have actually turned into close friends. He is always available via text if you need pointers and to top it all off, he's a HOTTIE! who doesn't want trainer eye candy while working out? He's def one of the best!
I was looking for a trainer that would help me to achieve my fitness goals, which were to lose weight (especially my belly fat) and tone my lower body. Alex helped me to exceed these goals. I've lost 40 pounds, lost 5 inches from my waist and gained great muscle tone. I am extremely motivated and more energetic as a result. With his workout plans, I never got bored, and I was always challenged to push myself. I'm amazed at what I was able to accomplish.
Will is a phenomenal trainer and I can't say enough good things. I'm a few months in now and the whole experience has been great. At the beginning we set forth no-nonsense goals and expectations. Then he set up sessions and the workouts are no joke. He keeps you motivated and won't let you slack off. The diet advice and communication with him between workouts keep you honest. I have a very busy schedule and he's always flexible and reliable. The results in health, fitness, and weight loss are noticeable quickly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into better shape, but needs some guidance and motivation in moving forward.
