FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to share the knowledge I had learned about health supportive cuisine. I avoided a double mastectomy by changing my diet to a healthier one, and thought these kids of stories needed to be shared, to avoid unnecessary suffering. I want clients to know that they can feel fantastic by eating the right combination of nutritious foods.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Teaching a private cooking class for a small bridal shower party on Long Island. The girls had a great time and were inspired to make healthy dishes at home. We had so much fun!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You have to make sure the person coming to your home to either cook for you or teach your cooking lesson has the right personality. You want someone kind, caring and respectful, who will leave your kitchen immaculate and who you know is going to put great care into your food. I am the kind of chef who truly cares about her clients, and wants the best experience possible for them.
