- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The great thing about our company, is that we're able to put together a Complementary Financial Game Plan for our clients. Based on the outcome the plan will give us, as long as it benefits the client and his/her objectives, we will help them implement these proposals, and that is how we make money. Love to help clients, but if we cannot help improve upon what they're currently doing, we will not ask for a commitment to do business with us. And of course, we work 100% on referrals, we do ask for 10-15 names and numbers of people they know , who can benefit from the information we've given
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just started using Thumbtack, but I've been in the company for almost 7 years. The process is very simple. First step would be to educate on the concepts like FIN (Financial Independence Number), rule of investing short/long term, among other ones. Second would take a look at how they are financially speaking. We cannot help you get somewhere if we do not know where you are at. Third, would be to come up with a Financial Game Plan, with different options to help you improve on what you re currently doing, and help you implement them, if and only if, they are beneficial for the client and theirobjectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We went thru a training process with the state, hours of class , state exam, and experienced for 6 years with the company.
