The price for the given service is usually determined, after figuring out what the issue is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak over the phone and the issue they have is normally made known. We then subsequently work out how the repair will be done and the pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by an established person in the phone repair industry.
