Introduction: Our company, unlike many others, is built upon a foundation of 'customer service.' What does this mean? Well in a nutshell, we treat your pricing and belongings as though we were moving ourselves. We try to keep the costs reasonable and affordable while simultaneously taking care not to damage anything along the way while still working quickly and efficiently. We keep the client's cost in mind. Whether helping the client to select the right services, or even how-to go about the move, we help keep the costs of moving as affordable and cost effective as possible. We wouldn't want to spend our life savings to move, so why should you? No one should have to dig into their kids' college funds or their retirement account to move. Dealing with clients and packing the trucks. We deal with a variety clients on a day to day basis. Oftentimes, they are clients who under no circumstances would be able to make the move happen on their own. That's where we come in. We treat each client like a friend or family. We make sure that at the end of the service, they are happy with every element of the move. As for packing, we often hear our clients say "Wow, you guys are great! It's like that game....you know, the one with the shapes!" All we can do is smile at that point. But they're right. Packing a truck efficiently is like a game of Tetris. And you need to do it right. Packing a truck incorrectly can lead to damage to the clients articles, which isn't good for either party. By packing efficiently, you not only save room, but you save time. Packing haphazardly only leads to having to repack, reorganize and possibly try to repair damages. Do it right the first time and you'll keep the client's, as well as your own, stress levels to a minimum.

Stop searching! You have found the moving company you need! Reggie and his crew were such a blessing to me! I had such a short notice long distance move and they accommodated me. They were extremely professional, kind, respectful of my personal property and time, and genuinely cared about getting my stuff from one place to the next correctly and on schedule. They wrapped all my furniture up and took care with that. They accommodated the stairs like champs and reassembled and disassembled everything really well. They made the process of a long distance move all the less stressful, I would trust them with my stuff all over again! Highly recommend them!

I hired Movers For A Cause to help me move long distance from NY to PA..I'm so very thankful to have found Reginald and his team...I would never had known how smooth moving long distance could be if it wasn't for Reginald...simply he did a great job and a pleasure to work with. Moving is always a stressful experience. Especially when it's a long distance move from Connecticut to Ohio. There never seems to be enough time to prepare. I hired Movers-For-A-Cause. It was the best decision I could have made. Reggie kept in regular contact for the two weeks prior to the move date for confirmations. My move was especially tricky because I also had a loaded 10x14 storage unit about 40 minutes away absolutely filled to the brim with boxes. He came to the apartment a week before the move date to survey the premises. He was able to give me an extremely accurate price based on what he visually saw, as well as the description of the full storage unit. When moving day arrived, we arranged to meet at the storage facility to load the boxes first. He was right on time. He and his team took on an unexpected laborious task because over time boxes had tilted, fallen, caved in, and some needed to be re-boxed. I left to return to the apartment and finalize the remainder of the move. Reggie's men completely took care of the storage unit and called me when they were on their way to my home. The procession was steady and professional. In and out. The apartment emptied and Movers-For-A-Cause were on their way. We arranged a satisfactory window of time for the next day's arrival to allow for hotel sleep time. For me, the drive was long and tedious, but I was completely relaxed based on the arrangement we had. The next day we had a couple of follow-up phone calls and, just as planned, they arrived at the new place. They unloaded everything very carefully into the new apartment and unloaded all the storage boxes into my garage. It was finally over. When I moved from New York to Maine, the experience was a nightmare. The movers were unprofessional and did not uphold the original price. Reggie's price was exact without even a slight variance. Plus the service was as professional as one could hope for. I've already let them know that if I ever need to move from Ohio back to Connecticut or the surrounding area, they will definitely be the ones I call. ***** FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY *****

What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs which we perform are: 1. Load/Unload Services (Trucks, PODS, PackRats, etc.): You provide the truck, container or storage unit either loaded or empty, and we'll take care of the rest to get you moved out or moved in. 2. Local All Inclusive Moves (We Load, We Drive, We Unload): These are typically moves that may be in town (within a 10 mile radius) or from state to state (within a 100 mile radius). We take away the stress of it all and get you into your new home seamlessly. We'll even set it up for you so it looks like you've been there way more than a few hours! 3. In-House, what we like to call, "mini-moves". These may be as simple as moving a tv for someone's grandma, helping a couple rearrange furniture in their house or helping the new college student set up their first dorm room and assemble some furniture!
