- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before any photoshoot and or event is confirmed, a 20% non-refundable security deposit will be required in order for me to secure the date. The remainder of the payment must be paid before the photos are delivered. I do offer student and senior discounts and I make it a priority to work within a clients budget, depending on what's being asked of me. I accept Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and Paypal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with any client, new or old, my priority is to make sure I have a clear understanding of what is being requested of me. Having an open and transparent conversation about everything prior to a potential shoot works the best. This helps myself and customer to consider if I am a fit for the job, or to ensure a great experience if I am.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did not attend any special school for photography or videography. Everything I have learned has come from a hefty list of others in this field I've worked closely with. Also, I took a lot of time to teach myself this craft, because my love and passion for it draws me in, to always want to learn more and more. From YouTube to webinars, books, paid online classes or just grabbing my camera and hiking around town to shoot, I've made it all my teacher.
