I'm very pleased to be training with Jaisen. He arrived on time and was ready to get started. Our 1st training session was very effective. Jaisen is really Serious about getting you the results you desire and he's very knowledgeable in his craft of Training and he even offers tips on weight loss. Jaisen is compassionate, caring and concerned about your training and weight loss concerns. And for that I'm glad I found him.
We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!
I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.
I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!
Cedric's training methods are extremely effective and up to date. He helped with dietary questions and made the sessions enjoyable with his easy going personality. I strongly recommend Cedric as a trainer, as he thought clearly about my sport specific needs and tailored the session to them.

I recently started training with Carlos and hes exceeded all my expectations. Ive been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when youre not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He wont EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, hes that GOOD! I started training with Maryellen in my home about 9 months ago.I enjoyed training with her so much , that eventually my daughter joined me as well. If you are serious about working out,Maryellen is the perfect person for the job! She is always on time, very thorough and pays attention to every detail of my workout. She knows when and how hard to push me- always striving to get me to the next level. I highly recommend Maryellen to anyone who wants to get in shape and feel good about themselves. - I am glad i found her!
Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's also is a wonderfully friendly, kind, and encouraging trainer. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. She thoughtfully custom-tailors and plans my workouts in order to help me meet my stated goals, and at the same time she is flexible, as she is both capable and willing to alter the workout “off-the-cuff” as need be if I arrive at a session with a particular ache, pain, or limitation. I have made so much progress under her guidance and have become more confident to work out independently since starting training with her. I would highly recommend Judy to any of my friends or family members seeking a trainer!
Jordan is seriously amazing! I have always been kind of skeptical about personal training because I always thought it was for the "meat head" guys or the elderly but I took a risk because 1) I wanted to improve my body/health and 2) because Jordan seemed super cool when we talked before the consultation. Also, he's gay-friendly. I tell you, I'm a hand full to put up with and this straight ally seriously doesn't judge or make me feel uncomfortable (which is amazing). As a gay man, many of us worry about the chemistry/vibe of interactions with our heterosexual counterparts whether it's at the barbershop, gym or bar but, there's no worry when training with this guy! I mean he's not gonna sing "I'm coming out" with you but he'll definitely provide many laughs! As far as working out is concerned, his workouts will kick your ass! He's very observant to see how far you can go and will encourage you to go further. I highly recommend him whether you're gay, straight, black or white, crazy or sane :-) I immediately booked a package with him after our 1st sesssion because I enjoying working out with him! But I have to say, as much as I rave about him, he did tell me to consider weight watchers and I almost hit him with my shoe haha. But I'm sure it probably it would be smart choice but I refuse to count points or calories haha. Book him are my final words for this review:-)
Ian was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My 15year old soccer playing son is very enthusiastic about getting Ian's help with his training and fitness program.
After training witb Brenda for about 4 months I have noticed significant results. Brenda always makes sure to mix up the workouts and always makes sure I get a full body workout. She pushes me to always make the best of every session. Not only is she a great trainer, but she is punctual, professional and flexible.
Kevin is a great coach. Easy to reach and very accommodating with scheduling. My sessions with him focused on improving my posture and mobility, with a mix of weight and cardio exercises. He constantly assesses my movements and forms and arranges workouts to work on my weak points. I felt much more mobile after two months of training, and my shoulder/neck and lower back pains are much better these days. My physical exam results also improved a ton during this time (blood pressure back down to normal range from borderline hypertension, and cholesterol numbers have also improved). It's a great personal training experience at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely continue training with him if I weren't moving away.
Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. We'll be continuing our training with him for a while I think.
I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.

I couldn't have had a better experience training with Herbie. He is diligent, professional, and offers great value for his services. He pushes me during each session, changes it up so I am not repeating the same exercises each week, and works with me to understand what I am pleased with vs what I want to continue to improve. Within 6 weeks I started seeing noticeable results in my overall physique despite only training with him once/week. I have worked with several trainers in the past but Herbie has by far been the most qualified and continues to exceed my expectations. Highly recommend him!
I had a wonderful experience training with Henry. He was very accommodating to my schedule and listened carefully to the aspects of my diet and health that I was looking to improve. Over the course of our training sessions he addressed all of these areas by providing specific meal suggestions for a nutritious/balanced diet, incorporating cardio into all the workout routines, and focusing on exercises that targeted the total body and were easy to replicate when working out on my own. He was understanding of my schedule/lifestyle (I work full-time and have a one year old) and very encouraging during all of the workouts. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very supportive and skilled personal trainer!

I started training with Will in the first week of January . Not just as a New Years resution but more like a lifestyle change. I explained my weakness to him about sticking to a plan and committing to working out alone. So we started of right away with training 2/3 times a week and a complete nutritional change. I must admit I was skeptical but more because I never had been able to stick it out for longer than 2 weeks. I Lost 13 lbs in the first 3 weeks. I gained so much energy and drive to stay healthy and focused. Thanx to Will who makes it fun and torture at the same time to work out. He is def strickt and keeps pushing you to the end and 2 more . I wouldn't be able to stay focused unless I get pushed like that. Anybody who wants to train hard and take this serious Will is your guy. I just signed up for the second term. I highly recommend Will .
