- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is unique and every project scope is different. My fees can reflect a project based, or an ongoing based structure. We are partners in this. Communication is key!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial communication will include requesting all details relating to a customer's business - current website, social media accounts, current work flow, and what the client feels they need most help with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the corporate world over 15 years. I use my extensive experience in customer service and translate those skill sets into the projects that my clients need tackled.
