Wow ! what can I say. We have been having Ribs Within BBQ for the past 2 years at our annual Labor Day BBQ. Doug caters all the BBQ. Every year our party grows and every year we get rave Reviews on the Food. He never disappoints. From the Ribs to the Brisket , chicken , ETC. you can't go wrong. Ribs within is a true gem to have in NJ. Thanks for all the great BBQ Doug! Continued Success.

I had the pleasure of trying Doug's Ribs and Brisket in Seaside today and it was ... awesome. Then we tried some of the other competitors ribs - not even close. He's a talent.

Since we try to use locally sourced meats and vegetables, our pricing can vary. Most basic parties start at $25 per person plus labor. Final pricing can vary because there are so many different options to choose from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find the lead, send a bid starting at $25 per person or ask for more specific information. If th ey respond, we open up a dialog and see if we can work out a deal.
