- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with either a phone consultation or the completion of an online on-boarding form leading to a phone consultation. From there I design a sequence and put together a little packet that explains the sequence and why we're doing it. We go over any apprehensions and then start from there. We adjust this sequence and plan along the way to coincide with the client's goals and ambitions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always! Right now I'm undergoing alignment training at a local studio and will engage a 50-hour training this fall on the biomechanics of the body. Thereafter I hope to learn more of prenatal yoga and someday get back to India for a Kundalini training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got hit by a car, suffered a traumatic brain injury, herniated disc, & sciatic nerve displacement, and yoga's the only thing that made me feel better. As a business woman, I knew I found the service of my dreams.
