How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved computers and helping people so I put the two together and started my own business right out of school. It's a new business slowing growing. I am very passionate about it and love to learn more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types mainly end users who have personal computers at home. I will branch out into the corporate world in time but my client base as of now are end users.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A man who has two small daughters couldn't get his tower to work. I spent a few hours troubleshooting and found out something was stuck and preventing it from being opened. Once I got it opened I found a large amount of coins his daughters put in the tower slots. The next few hours were spend getting all the coins out of the computer. I was able to do that and preserve all the parts inside it. Everything worked great afterwords. Sometimes it isn't always something you learned in a classroom that can prepare you for real life situations.
