I have had a few personal trainers in the past but have been working exclusively with Cody for the last 5 years. Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable and experienced trainer with lots of credentials but also have a lot of insights on dietary programs to enhance health and effectiveness of your workout. Add to that the fact he is a great guy to hang out with and have a conversation during the sessions and hiring him becomes a no brainer :) Don't get me wrong, he still makes sure you get a solid workout in and achieve your goas as he innovates and constantly refreshes the routines but his charisma and persona makes it for a fun process instead of just pain. I contacted Cody after reading the many rave reviews this year. I wanted to shed a few pounds and just feel good overall and Cody kept me highly motivated! He not only was always on time, he made every session so unique and kept me interested always! He had a ton of fun exercises for me to do and he also sent me numerous recipe ideas and reading on paleo diet plans and easy-to-follow healthy eating habits. I was just happy to get out of my sedentary lifestyle! My husband has also contacted him and is going to begin training with him after i filled his ears with how good Cody was! Cody has been amazing to work with. He is motivating and encouraging even when you feel you have nothing left. He works with you beyond just the time you're together working out in the gym - offering routines to do on your own, advice on nutrition and general encouragement. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes. I have set pricing for packages sold. These prices are on my website. The more of a commitment you make the cheaper the session rate. This also depends on where we would train. If I have to travel or train at a private gym it may cost a little more money depending on session fees or miles traveled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first meet with a potential client to show them my program. We go over Body Fat & Circumference measurements. Depending on the goal I go over how long it may take to achieve their personal fitness goal. I usually give them a free session to show them how the sessions would go & feel. Then discuss packages & pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always trying to better myself. Education & Knowledge is power.
