- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general overview of my pricing but will taylor my price within reason to a clients needs and wants for each celebration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is providing a general quote based on initial contact. I then ask questions via phone, email or in person to gather information, talk with client to understand their needs, wants, and budget and provide a more detailed and accurate estimate. From there we begin making the event amazing!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the events business for over 12 years in fine dining restaurants, luxury travel companies, and the non-profit world before branching out on my own. I have taken courses for event planning and production. I also hold an executive board position for an international special events society.
