Introduction: We offer a wide range of Pilates private sessions, and reformer, chair, mat and tower group classes, all professionally designed and led, that target your unique needs. You will not be lost in a crowd. Our class sizes are limited and offered frequently, enabling our professional trainers to spend the time necessary to maximize results. We offer private classes in all the Pilates apparatus (reformer, Cadillac, barrels, chairs and tower), as well as incorporate Pilates mat workout into the session. It is a unique and secure training experience, with a 100% personal attention to keep you focused, motivated and energized. Our Pilates instructors have all been educated and certified in the authentic Pilates method.
