I found Joe's company LCI Caterers on the internet, described to him what I wanted, met with him for a food tasting and chose him to cater my daughter's wedding. I had put together a menu but Joe was able to pinpoint what I needed making sure that all of the items ordered matched. The day came, Joe and his staff were on time and of course the food was delicious and abundant. His staff were very helpful and even pitched in with the set up, service and even stayed late when the function exceeded the time contracted. I would use Joe and his company again. Did I mention how delicious and abundant the food was?

I met Erika and savored her cooking during a private week long health retreat in Hudson, NY. Erika's cooking was mouth watering, innovative and used local and mostly organic ingredients. All the participants also lost quite a few pounds that week while not feeling deprived and celebrating food! I strongly recommend Erika for catering, health retreats and teaching ....

Chef Martin saved me this summer -- he was able to commit within a short span of time to help with a very open-ended and unorganized situation, and he was on-point, on time, and he was a top-level professional -- enabling me to pull the whole event weekend together without a hitch. I didn't get a chance to actually taste his food myself, but I heard that he didn't disappoint and that he adjusted to what the client needed quite easily. I highly recommend him and his catering services. I look forward to booking him again for my own bosses.

After hiring another caterer that canceled on me, Alana was recommended through a friend. With less than a week left for my party and nearly 60 people to feed she came and saved the day. Alana put my mind at ease and guided me in the right direction with everything from which dishes to serve, the different options I had for serving and even helped me with things I forgot about like having silverware. Alana was very professional, detail oriented, timely, and her food was outstanding! Again I thank her for saving the day. I would highly recommend her services and will be using her again for a company event in the near future!!

The delivery was prompt and efficient. The food received rave reviews from the guests. The only two things that kept from the 5th star was that the pasta was a tad over cooked and I wish coffee were a part of the package. I highly recommend this catering company to anyone. I already have people asking me who catered the party!

My firm hired David and Paglia Hospitality Inc. to provide breakfast and lunch and a platter of goodies to leave with us for a company event for our employees. One of the partners was enamored with the idea of having a food truck as the caterer for our event. So begins this culinary experience. I asked for typical breakfast fare and he delivered: Homemade corned beef hash, ricotta pancakes, Brioche French toast, and breakfast sandwiches plus more. His food was delicious and was a wonderful way to start our day! In regards to lunch, he even delivered more: Parmesan chicken wings, Tuscan BBQ wings, fried bacon rice balls, lobster rolls, fish tacos, roasted brussel sprouts with Calabrian chili, 5 different sandwiches and 3 burgers. We also had cookies and brownies. He was on time. He was professional. Most importantly: He worked fast to feed 30 people, with every order made upon request! I highly recommend Paglia Hospitality: you will not be disappointed.

We used party tenders March 2 for our office party here in Flemington NJ. We ordered Italian food trays , one of them was a vegetarian option, and had brownies with cannolis for the desert.
