Kara has been my daughters horse back riding Trainer for almost 4 years now. She takes her time and will address issues with both horse and rider. My daughter had, had a bad riding accident prior to going to Kara and KSM. Kara took her time with my daughter restoring her confidence in riding. She not only worked with my daughter but her horses as well. She's extremely knowledgeable and well versed and has the utmost patients. I highly recommend KSM for riding lessons whether just beginning or experienced as well as horse training.

My name is Teri Laman. I received this e-mail from Marc in response to a request for possibly using your services to take some horseback riding lessons. After reading the reviews, I can't resist posting a review...even before I've spoken to anyone. Well, I'll just cut to the chase. I noticed a lot of 5 star ratings...with very positive reviews. The poor souls who gave your facility a bad rap......well, I'll say a prayer for them. To incite such a brouhaha over such minor incidences seems a little extreme. Marc, I usually wouldn't have viewed your defensive banter with these two ladies (and I use the term loosely), but after thinking about it, for someone to jeopardize and mercilessly drag your integrity and reputation through the mud over having to wait 30 minutes or encountering someone on your staff that didn't realize they were talking to the Center of the Universe (around which we all revolve), your right to defend was definitely warranted. The End I'll be giving you a call to talk about lessons!

When is was younger I had a bad fall at different barn and wouldn't get back on. After a two year break I went to Ruth's and started riding Patches. I completely regained confidence! The ponies are awesome and she has one for the 3 year old beginner or the advanced shower ready to compete. I still ride at concord acres and plan on never leaving. Ruth teaches in a way that pushes you but does not make you feel pressured or nervous at all. I love it here. I highly recommend this barn and instructor for anyone who just wants to have a Great time riding. :)

Wow! What a great place for a child to spend a summer. A safe environment for them to learn not only the pleasure of riding a horse but what all it entails on their care. My two girls spent two summers here and made so many memories that they will take with them for a lifetime. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly have respect for their animals. Will surely send my children back if the opportunity arises.

North Church Farms has great care, great facilities, and great trainers. The manager, Kim, gives personal care to all the horses. Stalls are well maintained / bedded, quite roomy. Kathee and Madeleine are terrific trainers who have demonstrated significant improvements in horses, with skillful riding, teaching, and patience.

My Horses came to MD Performance Horses very underweight with one recovering from an injury. 2 months later the horses are back to good weight and in light training. My daughter is taking lessons and enjoys the barn environment. Marissa and team have been great to deal with and are wonderful with the horses.

I'm an experienced instructor for beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders. I offer safe and fun lessons for all ages.

About

I use natural horsemenship between horse and rider and let the bond build from free lunging to being on the saddle, I also let them go around in small circle around me and watch how the rider stays in the saddle while the horse goes at WTC. I also let the rider understand horse body language slowly bringing your horse to you or a horse that you lease or a green horse. I have many more but those were a few things I teach a rider from all ages.
