great workout. I’ve been doing martial arts for 15 years, and looking for someone who can il my game. Serge fits the bill - I learnt a bunch of new techniques, improved some others and left exhausted. it was great!

I met Daryl through a mutual friend at a holiday party. Over two years of personal training later, I can confidently say it was one of my best decisions. My life is hectic and I’ve never had time for the gym. Attending sessions with Daryl made me make time for myself and motivated me to have a healthier life style. While I was never over weight, I was out of shape! Daryl structures our training sessions around my personal needs. He also offers advice on meals and nutrition. He is upbeat and excited at each of our sessions and keeps things fresh. I never do the same workout twice. He is able to combine strength training, cardio, boxing, and circuit training into my sessions. Overall, he makes a difference in the lives of the people he trains because he truly cares and loves what he does. Take a chance with Daryl, you won’t be sorry!

I have trained mixed martial arts with Evis on a regular basis. His teaching style was very hands on and he gave me excellent tips on my form and technique. I highly recommend training with him if you want to excel at MMA.

I worked with Curtis 2-3x a week for about a year and I was in the best shape. He tailored the workouts to my level and needs and helped me get stronger. He is extremely knowledgeable about the body, muscles and fitness in general. What I loved about working with Curtis is he's very personable. He encourages, supports and motivates - he's genuinely interested in your goals and works with you to obtain them. I saw him frequently but the workouts always varied - he's always coming up with different exercises - this is a good example of keeping it fun for the client AND shows his commitment to learning more about training for his own professional development. I looked forward to the workouts that were challenging and intense. I definitely recommend working with Curtis!

Martial arts have been a part of my life for nearly 30 years. I have studied in many different schools over the years. For nearly the least 15 years, I have studied at the East Morris Karate Academy. Prior schools taught martial arts strickly in a physical combat point of view. East Morris Karatae Academy does teach such physical self defense, but also teaches martial arts as a way of life. Very few of us have to actually defend our lives in hand to hand combat. The training at East Morris Karate Academy help us learn how to defend ourselves against the continual stresses of life that we all face.

It is my great pleasure to study and work with Master Mark Kline. If you are interested in learning the martial arts and understanding how and why they work I highly recommend Master Kline's PinPoint Method and his Kyusho Institute.

Malek invited me for a free session to try out his training and see if we were a good fit. It was great. He analyzed my fitness level (very poor) and we trained in mixed martial arts (mostly boxing). He assessed my abilities and was very intuitive to my needs. He frequently asked if I needed water and he knew when to slow down and pick up the pace. I signed up for more sessions. It was a bit pricey, but I look forward to them, which is something I haven't found in years.

I have been training with the school for 10 years now. The training I received proved practical and devastatingly effective when I deployed to Iraq in 2003 and 2009. I devote time and effort to learn techniques of the art, make adjustments from feedback from my instructors and further refine my form. In real world situation where there are no rules, no referee, no weight classes, and no protective gear, the training I received prepared me with a set of skills to defend myself effectively. Sifu McCoy displays his kung fu skills, both physically and mentally, to the highest degree of refinement, a reflection of his over 4 decades of training under (grand)masters. He passes on his knowledge through a well-trained staff with lots of personal attention, and a fully equipped training hall. Highly recommended!!!

Sensei Sanchez always puts 150% when teaching. You can truly see the passion from his work. He continues to learn from different disciplines, which is rare in a Martial Arts instructor. As I have also registered my family members with me, I highly recommend him.

For me, I've been training for 24 years in Tiger Schulmann's. I continue my training three days a week each week to keep up with my certification. I have a curriculum that I teach each week to my students from Master Tiger Schulmann. The way I am with my students makes it feel like a family environment.. I give them everything of myself to better help them reach their goals. My school is a place where people feel safe and can always come to, no matter their day, good or bad.

About

Private, personal self-defense, and martial arts lessons with a sensei who has been teaching students self-defense for over 30 years. I have a black belt in four separate martial arts and styles. I am dedicated and committed to both the martial arts and the student's learning and self-confidence. The martial arts began centuries ago with the teacher and student trusting and learning together in a unique and private setting. The student was able to not only learn self-defense, confidence, and protection skills, but they were also able to learn and grow as an individual and as a person. The element of trust became easier for the student as they were able to confide and learn in this sacred and private setting. There are no other students to distract you from learning, no lines, no substitute teachers, no being stuck in the back of the class or the back of the room. All questions were asked and all questions were relevant. The student was always the priority and the focus of the class and session. Always more time for learning and confidence building. That's the tradition where I came from and what I believe in. No uniform is required, no long term contract, and no hidden fee. The only request from me, Sensei Dennis, is for serious students only who keep their word, who come to class on time, who are respectful to the martial arts and the sensei, and who are willing to trust and learn. Any student who is willing to learn comes into the room leaving their ego at the door. With that agreement in mind, then that's our contract. Private classes are 90 minutes long and can be requested for any day of the week at any time provided that the time is not already scheduled. Semi-private and small group classes can be requested and done upon request. Classes can be in the day, afternoon, evening or late hours. Classes are for men, women, children, and couples. No age is too old or too young. Everyone is welcomed. Remember that personal safety and protection skills never goes out of style. Wherever you live or wherever you move to, your protection skills and advantage goes with you. I hope to have the privilege of meeting and teaching you in the future. Thank you. ~ Sensei Dennis.
