Bill the owner took my phone call. He took the time to educate me thoroughly about my issue and answered all of my questions. Then, Paul came to my home and kept this process going. Paul examined every area where the problem could exist. His expertise at home inspection was apparent the moment he started. Just very nice guys overall. If you have anxiety about critters these men make you feel less nervous because they answer questions….and I had a lot of them!

I don’t know how to thank you all for helping us out. Overnight a huge hornets nest appeared at the top of our front door not really sure how we didn’t see it there before. Hornets were flying all over the place trying to come into the house and a few actually did make it inside. We couldn’t get close enough to it to spray or tackle it down and decided it was time to call a pro. Vince from A-Academy was the first to respond within minutes!!! Their office called me and had a man to our home in 20 minutes flat. John immediately went to work to spray down the nest and relieve all of our anxiety. There were still hornets that remained but one by one they were dropping off onto the ground. John waited with me while they became less and less and John was so thorough he explained he was going to leave the nest up overnight in case some were to return and then in the morning first thing he will come and take it down for me. I just have to say this company A-Academy is the absolute best. I reached out to 3 companies and this was the only one to respond and in record time and solve our problem. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I wish I could put into words how relieved I am feeling now not fearing my children or myself will get stung. John even came inside my home to do a quick inspection in case any hornets had snuck in but we did not see any. Thank you doesn’t seem quite enough to Vince and to John, & Bill in the office and the A-Academy team for taking care of us in such a swift and professional manner and the price for their service was more than fair. Will use them again and again!

I have been working with this company for over a year now. I have had 1-2 bad experiences with a technician. The company listened to my concern, cared about the issues going on in my home, and rectified the issue. I want to highlight Winston, who is a technician that came to my home in the New Jersey area. He is very professional, wonderful customer service, and explains best practices to avoid issues with bugs/rodents. I will be requesting him in the future. He is one of the reasons why I still do business with this company. Request Winston he is amazing! The front office is also very prompt with responses.

Updating my review because the owner Vincent reached out to me and promised to make things right. I gave a 1 star review at first because the exterminator came into my home for less than 10 minutes and sprayed a few rooms and I was shocked at the pricing. Vincent reached out to me and explained this was a 2 part service and they were coming back at a later date to complete. I wouldn’t have given this review if this was explained to me when I signed up. He has also been more than accommodating with me rescheduling my appt a few times. Overall the owner/operator Vincent has been great and like I said in my last review the tech who came to my home was great as well. With that being said I don’t have any bad things to say about this company and I apologize to the owner for the 1 star review.
