Latest Review: I've been working out with Kelly for about 4 months now and I'm very happy with the transformation I see in my body and most importantly with the way I feel. First and foremost I have to say that I've never been a fan of working out, actually to be honest I hated it, but after trying some fad diets and yoyo dieting most of my life without success, I decided to try it again. Kelly and I clicked at the initial consultation where she made me comfortable and I could feel that she wouldn't judge me (I had a bad experience with another trainer). She has been able to motivate me in a way that I've never been motivated before. We work out together 2x a week and we kickbox every other Saturday (always thought about kickboxing but I never really believed I could do it). Kelly is encouraging, supportive, and I've even used her as my therapist during a couple of our exercise sessions. I call her perky because she's so full of energy and that energy rubs off on me during our workouts. When I leave her, I'm always sore and tired (signs of a good workout) but energized. Under her nice trainer demeanor, Kelly is tough and has pushed me to do exercises that I never thought I was capable of. When I look at where I am now, I know I couldn't have done it without her and I'm looking forward to seeing where she can take me.
