- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do. Our prices vary on the service you select and factors in how many dogs are in the same household, length of walk as well as time or day of the week, which are shown on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always insist on a "Meet & Greet" with new clients and their pet(s). This not only gives the owners a better sense of who they're hiring, but also gives your pet a chance to get familiar with us. It also provides them with a sense of security with them seeing their owner(s) interacting with someone new in their home and understanding that it's okay when they see us once we begin providing our services. We will go over the do's and don'ts, expectations, goals and overall care for their pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 7+ years of experience handling, walking and caring for animals, we not only depend on our life experiences as business owners, but also as pet owners ourselves. We also take the time in learning new methods of pet care whether by webinars, experts and of course learning through our clients as they sometimes come up with the most ingenious methods in taking care of their animals.
