I know what it is like to struggle with weight maintenance. As a child and adolescence, I suffered from overweight and obesity. I lost the weight drastically but continued for many years with yo-yo weight loss and dieting. And it was not until I was in my late 40's that I learned the secret to successful weight loss and maintenance. I never forget the struggles I went through when I work with my clients going through the same thing. I am patient, compassionate and understanding of life dynamics and individualized needs and goals. This is what stands me out and makes me a unique Personal Trainer. There is nothing more rewarding than being a witness to transformation. Clients approach me wanting to make changes, desiring better health and fitness levels, but may not know how to go about it or even get started. I have helped clients to make permanent lifestyle changes, so that exercise and healthful eating become a way of life for them and not a chore. I have seen clients come to me shy, introverted, and thinking that their goals might not be possible to achieve. I work with individuals to help set short term, realistic goals first, so that the end result becomes more possible. I enjoy working with clients to help them make permanent, and positive behavior changes, from sedentary and unhealthy behavior to becoming physically active on a regular basis and eating whole, clean, nutrient dense foods. And it always makes my heart smile to see the newly emerged person-almost totally different from when we first met--energized, confident and content, ready to take on any challenge that comes their way.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes I do. I offer single sessions and packages in order to provide discounting to the client. The larger the package (number of sessions purchased), the lower the individual session price will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I give 2-3 consultations before officially starting with a program. During those meetings, we discuss the needs and goals of the client and collect critical preparticipation information that will help me to design a safe and effective fitness program for the client
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, specialized in various disciplines, including, Core Fitness, Senior Fitness, Pre and Post Natal Fitness and Post Orthopedic Exercise. have a Masters Degree in Sports and Health Sciences and I am a Beachbody INSANITY® LIVE Instructor.
