- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different lessons of 30, 45 or 60 minutes with different prices that can best suit your budget and your schedule. If you're looking for discount, you can buy packages of lessons (5, 10 or 20) and get 10%, 15% and 20% discount respectively.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first lesson, I set up a study schedule to each one of my students based on how much time they have available to practice weekly, always keeping in mind that the process have to be fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Berklee College of Music and had the opportunity to study with some of the most prestigious music teachers in the country, such as: Richie Hart, Mick Goodrick, Ed. Tomassi, Bruce Bartlett, Fernando Michelin, among many others. Not only the music knowledge that I acquired is valuable but also the teaching method that I had the opportunity to work with makes much of a difference to help my students to achieve their goals.
