- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to fees and are non refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial encounter I would contact the client and find out every aspect of the job to make sure that I'd be able to provide the best service base on their request. Then, I'd book the first session which would be an assessment to gauge where the student is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of experience tutoring students. I have also been an academic scholar from elementary school to college. I went to the High School of Fashion Industries and have an advanced regents diploma.
