I was looking for a trainer who was knowledgeable in post surgical training. I had serious issues with my leg and had been through physical therapy and wanted to take the next step to working out again. I needed someone who could assess my limitations and provide a plan of proper exercises without causing pain or injury. Ian was the perfect choice. He motivated and encouraged me every step of the way. The unexpected bonus was his experience in nutrition and formed a plan which helped me finally lose the weight I had gained while recuperating from surgery . I would highly recommend Ian for whatever your goals in training may be. He will definitely help you reach them!

When I first met Erika, I had just set out to attempt my first ever sprint triathlon. Up to that point, I had been exercising on my own and lost over 100 lbs. I still needed lots of training and only 8 weeks until the race. What Erika then did for me was above and beyond what I could have done on my own. We began training; building powerful muscles and developing balance and stability. She even helped with nutrition planning and recovery tips. I completed my first sprint triathlon but felt my result was lackluster. For a first timer, this was normal. The next day I quickly signed up for another sprint triathlon for that summer. Once we began training for that, Erika amazed me yet again. The training sessions became much more intense. She provided solid motivation to keep up my mental strength. We built lots of explosive muscle and incredible cardio stamina. I finished the 2nd triathlon in the top 50% overall. It felt amazing. The training also translated well in my other hobby, soccer. The results were very real.

Lucie is absolutely the real deal and a true expert for personal training AND nutrition! I trained with Lucie for about a year and saw the most amazing changes in my body composition and strength than at any other time in my life. You can see that I capitalize "AND" when I say training AND nutrition because when you work with Lucie she proves how much they truly go together. She is truly adept in both training and nutrition and gets results!! She practices what she preaches and her work ethic is contagious. Lucie taught me changes for what to eat and when to eat it. What to have before and after a workout. How much of a certain type of food or nutrient to have a day. How heavy I should be lifting. Everyone is different Lucie can customize based on the client and their goals. If you put forth the effort Lucie has the knowledge and passion for fitness to change your life. Lucie taught me all of these aspects to training and I am forever grateful for the changes she helped me achieve.

Over the years I've worked with 3 other trainers and I would have to say that working with John has been the best. His knowledge, of not only exercise, but nutrition, supplements and rehab protocols gives you a one stop shop to help you completely transform your body. He works around your goals, any injuries you may have and knows his stuff inside and out. Working out with John has been like working out with a family member that cares about you, but actually knows what they're talking about. Since I started working with John, I have lost 25 pounds but have done so, while eating more real food, while rarely, if ever, feeling hungry. During that time I also have lost 11% body fat, which means all the weight I have lost is fat. I am also stronger now than I have ever been. Each workout with John has been different, but there is always incremental progress that you see accumulate. With John it's less of a fad diet or workout program and instead part of a lifestyle plan to help you reach your goals while being the healthiest you can be. I always recommend John to people and have even had my mom start training with him. If you have any doubts before starting, go talk to John, try the free assessment and I believe you will be pleased with the outcome.

I went to Carol with an old Rotator Cuff injury that flared up. I had a lot of pain using my right arm and she knew exactly what I needed to do. I found her to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We discussed nutrition as well. She has tremendous knowledge about Nutrition, Vitamins and Supplements and she made many great suggestions that I am following and I am feeling so much better.

Priya is like your own personal cheerleader. She is not only a health wikipedia who knows all about food and nutrition, but is also vastly knowledgeable about all sorts of holistic healthcare methods like natural supplementation and treatments like acupuncture. She is really invested in her clients' health, and she doesn't just dole out advice; she works with you to help you learn what works best for you and your lifestyle. However, if you need a push, she'll definitely give you that too! Changing habits is difficult, and as someone with a chronic condition, it was easy to lose motivation or feel like my progress was going backwards, but Priya was always there to remind me of how far I have come and to help me get through my ups and downs. I have truly never had food that tastes as fresh as Diane’s. Before working with Diane, I searched high and low for affordable, healthy, personalized food options that are also delicious. Diane is my fairygodmother! She feeds my family healthy, clean foods that they love so I don’t have to cook or worry about what to make for dinner because I work. Sandra is a real delight. We have been working together for about one month now and I already feel stronger and have put on muscle weight.
