Introduction: Hi! Growing up in a household with two outstanding cooks throughout my childhood (my parents), my love for cooking and hosting has become one of my biggest passions in life. I love hosting pop up dinners for friends, family, and strangers! In addition, I have over 7 years of experience bartending in some of the most prominent bars in NYC. For example, Dos Caminos, Bodega Negra, and Gin Bathtub. My goal is to give my guests a memorable experience from knowledge to taste bud gratification. To me cooking, eating, and drinking is all universal; so why not bring it to one space and make of it an unforgettable evening.

I celebrated my 40th birthday a few months ago with a cocktail party and the food is still a topic of conversation. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the fast response times and professional menu arrangement (which you can totally print for your party) to the setup and deliciousness that we all experienced, you’d be a fool to look elsewhere. All 50 of my guests left with happy and full bellies! Looking forward to booking again soon!

From start to finish chef Bruno was great! I wanted a Covid safe activity for a anniversary gift. I wanted a chef who would let us cook with them and learn hands on. Chef Bruno picked a meal that we liked and was fun to do. He was very personable and made the night memorable. We not only learned from him but enjoyed his company. He is very easy to work with. I highly recommend chef Bruno for catering or for cooking lessons. Reach out to him, you won’t be disappointed!

Chef Bruno was very personable and flexible. He want above and beyond to accommodate a vegan and a very picky eater. He delivered a wonderful experience for me and my family which we won't forget. Highly recommend Bruno.
