Renee made my fiancés birthday absolutely perfect. My first chef cancelled and last minute arrangements were made with short notice it was worth every penny. We spent a few hours together and Renee made it seem like we were long time friends working on a project together. Renee was there to make this situation perfect and I couldn’t have wished for a better turn out.

Chef Renee was extraordinary. We had high expectations for the 12-course tasting menu that we brought in Chef Renee to perform; and she (along with her assistant Bree) surpassed all of them. We will undoubtedly be having Chef Renee back. It was Mother's Day weekend; and my wife and I had just eaten the night before in a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in New York (Restaurant Daniel), which was delicious. But my wife and I both agreed that essentially every dish that Chef Renee created was better those at the world-class Daniel restaurant. Chef Renee was also exceptionally professional, articulate with explaining the dishes, and organized and tidy both during and after the cooking. Our kitchen looked like nobody had even been in it. My wife and I have eaten at over 15 Michelin-starred restaurants across the U.S. and Europe. Our meal with Chef Renee was one of the best meals we have had in our lives. Pricey! But worth every dollar. I would recommend her to anyone.

Renee was awesome!! I hired her for my sister's bachelorette party in the Poconos and she made an unreal meal for 16 girls!! The food was AMAZING, and she handled everything perfectly. We even had someone who was gluten free and she perfectly accommodated. Would definitely recommend and will definitely hire her again!!

My pricing is all inclusive of food, service, gratuity and taxes Event pricing varies dependent on client needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different and so are their needs. I'd like to hear about the event and how a client envisions the event and their food interest. Building the rapport prior to the event or dinner is crucial, it creates a level of comfort and trust for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in restaurants & with high end catering companies. Branching off to perform personal and private chef work have also contributed to the wide range of skill that I have.
