Vanessa's Rock Your Body Training

Introduction: I've been an NASM certified personal trainer for the last 9 years. I enjoy helping others feel healthy and confident. I always build wonderful friendships with my clients and make myself available to their questions on a daily basis. I train a lot from my home since I have many exercise tools but could always travel if the client has a gym or tools needed at their home. I live right next to a park where training could be done as well. I love what I do and want to help others love their bodies, inside and out. Namaste!
