I called QuickServ Pro for an emergency in my Data Center. I manage a facility with over 200 computer servers which run 24/7/365. My clients are dependent on me to provide uninterrupted data to their customers. One of my main compressors stopped working on New Years Day and my HVAC service provider was out of reach. I called several HVAC companies but none except for QuickServ Pro responded. Their dispatched answered the phone in a professional manor and promised a tech will arrive within an hour. The technician arrived within 25 minutes and the unit was up and running after 73 minutes. He understood the gravity of my issue, knew what to do, and left the facility clean. I switched my service contract to QuickServ Pro. A reliable and professional company.

The tech arrived on time. My heat was not working l. With a smile he promised to fix it. 2 hours later the house was warm and comfy again. He cleaned after himself and assured me that all is well now. And he was right.
