The glue from my undermount kitchen sink came undone from the granite countertop. I wasn’t sure who to call. After consulting with few contractors who wouldn’t take the job or i just simply wasn’t satisfied with their method fix the problem, I came across Mike at Black Diamond Castle. Since the sink was being held by piping, I considered this a bit of an emergency. After speaking with Mike, I was extremely confident in him taking on the task. He showed up promptly (on a Sunday evening at 8pm!) and fixed the problem. He took the time to do it properly by installing brackets instead of using stones or wood blocks as support as others suggested they’d do. His price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend him! Thank you Mike!

Overall mostly satisfied. There was a couple of things that I had issues with. One of issues I blame myself, I should have been more specific about the ideal depth of the counter tops. The other issue was related to an uneven cut. He came back after the install and fixed the issue. My only criticism is that he seemed very rushed, so I believe that created a bit of lack of oversight for detail. I’m very detail oriented, so I noticed things that the every day person may not have. I wasn’t 100% satisfied on how he hung my sink. He said it had something to do with the size of my base cabinet. Luckily, I have skill-sets and was able to modify/hide that rough work (images included). Either way, he was very professional and his price was fair. I may hire him again with greater oversight on his process.

I want to thank Michael for the very good work. He is very kind and took the time to explain the reason for the cracks on the granite countertop if the kitchen and also how he was going to fix it. He came highly prepared and made sure to protect the floor and all necessary equipment. I would highly recommend him for that type of work and hope to work again with him in the future! You can see enclosed the before and after picture!

I would highly recommend Mike to anyone. He arrived promptly at appointment time. Work was perfect. Removed sink and cleaned all previous adhesive, caulking. Installed sink with clips and applied fresh caulking/adhesive. Cleaned up after work. Price was reasonable and very fair.
