Really fantastic experience with The Peaks Pet Nanny service. Patric and Gina went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well informed prior to our first use of their service over Spring Break 2021. Our sitter, Olivia, was amazing - sending us text updates and pics of our dog, Maddie, everyday and leaving very detailed written summaries of each visit we reviewed when we returned. Couldn't be happier with the communication, their process for onboarding new clients and the overall quality of the services. We'll be back! Highly Recommended!!

I have worked for The Peaks Pet Nanny for 15 years, and cant say enough about the professional way in which Gina and Patric run their business and about the wonderful pet nannies I have the pleasure to work with. I left my corporate job to follow a passion of working with animals, and am so glad I found my work home with TPPN back in the summer of 2005. Over the years, I have cared for hundreds of clients...dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, reptiles...you name it! I treat every clients home and their pets as if they were my own...and I only mention that because I know the rest of The Peaks Pet Nanny staff feels the same way about their clients as well. Need a long walk for your dog? Done! Kitty needs insulin shots? No problem! Packages need to be brought into the house? Were on it! Plants watered? Mail brought in? Check and check! Peaks Pet Nanny is always reliable and accommodating!!! With my crazy work schedule, sometimes I have to call last minute to schedule an appt. Gina and Patric are always quick to respond and accommodate me. I never have to worry about my dogs when I know they are coming. The dog walkers are very professional. They really take the time to get to know my dogs and truly care about them. I love that every time they come, they leave a note about their visit. That personal touch really adds to the service. It shows they care! I highly recommend them!

Dog Walking Rewards (Discounted) Daily dog walking scheduled every Monday - Friday, on a recurring basis. $23 per 30-minute visit $3 for each additional dog, per visit Dog Walking / Pet Sitting Scheduled As Needed $25 per 30-minute visit $35 per 45-minute visit $45 per 60-minute visit $3 for each additional dog, per visit Weekends: $5 per visit Holidays: $10 per visit Same Day Requests: $5 per visit
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather your information, explain our services in detail, and happily answer all your questions. We will match a dedicated Peaks Pet Nanny and schedule a complimentary consultation with you and your pets. During the new client consultation, our Pet Nanny will learn your pet’s personality, specific needs, and tailor our services accordingly. We customize our visits to each client’s needs and wishes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Gina Brugna, the founder & owner graduated from Rowan University in 2000 and enjoyed a fast-paced career as a corporate recruiter. Gina imports her business degree, technical skills, staffing, sales, and management experience into The Peaks Pet Nanny, cultivating an amazing team of dependable pet nannies and providing clients with professional customer service. Gina is also certified in Pet First Aid/CPR, has experience administering medication, including insulin. Gina has also instructed on the basics of starting and operating a pet sitting business at Middlesex County College and continues to offer business coaching to other pet sitting companies.
