- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All my prices include a package of services and are all inclusive - the price quoted is the total price you will pay. My packages include : the indicated number of hours of unlimited photography of your event. Most events of over six hours are quoted of two photographers. You will receive an online photo gallery you can use to share, download, and order prints, a print package of $75 that can be used towards the purchase of prints or a photo album, and an archival flash drive of all your edited image files with full usage rights. My quotes are based on an hourly rate. So, my price varies by the length of your event. If you are not comfortable with my quote for your event, please feel free to contact me to discuss my packages and services. I will do my best to work within your budget and earn your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer free consultation to all new clients. I will come to you or we can arrange a chat by phone. Communication is key to understanding a clients needs and desires. From this meeting, we will personalize a packet of information including a contract and email it to you. We normally require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance due on the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 33 years of experience in photography. I have a wide ranging portfolio of work that as given me the experience to capture truly beautiful images.
