Rebecca and her co-worker did a beautiful job. Being a mom of two small kids working full-time, sometimes it's hard to keep up with the little things such as dusting and what not. Rebecca came in and cleaned my house beautifully! Highly recommend her and will use her again next month!

What went well? Rebecca was responsive, respectful, honest and punctual. She and her coworker arrived on time and quietly did their job. The house was cleaned well but it could have been better, hence the 4 stars. The beds could have been straightened much better, kitchen appliances placed back in proper positions, wooden drawers cleaned better and I would have preferred if the floors were swept before being mopped as there was still dirt in some areas. It was a first time cleaning so I expected a little extra deep cleaning and was prepared to pay more if necessary. I believe the difference between an excellent and a good service is the ability to go the extra mile even when it isn't expected. I would rehire Rebecca if she were willing to be more attentive to my cleaning needs during the process.

Thank you Chinwe for your review, but seems you wasn't happy with your end product. I know this was your first time ever having a company clean your home and you was very skeptical, I walked throughout your home days before your cleaning my understanding you was on a budget but you needed some help from your busy day life with a baby, I was kind to reduce your cleaning rate to a lower rate and we agreed on what was included and what was not. We also talked we don't touch cluttered areas which you agreed to have it cleared for cleaning but when we got there wasn't cleared. Also, we always vacuum it's more efficient to sweeping and then we mop all areas that are cleared. Furthermore, at the end of each cleaning we always ask the current client (you) to look over our work and let us know if everything was to your satisfaction during cleaning and after, we are always gladly to do over if you not satisfied, My understanding you was satisfied before we left.
