It took longer than expected, but they cleaned up my computer very nicely! Both external and Internal. Some of my friends thought that I had bought a new laptop when they saw my computer. I recommend this guy for sure. The location is in a lovely neighborhood, and the store is very organized, clean, and bright. The Guy who runs this place is very personable, warm and friendly. You will be satisfied with Emergency Repair Shop! Oh, and not to mention, I was expecting to pay alot more than I did! Very satisfied with the service overall!

THE TECH ARRIVED ON TIME.HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CERTAINLY WAS VERY , VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE NEEDED A PRINTER CONNECTED. THE PRINTER WE WERE USING WAS NOT CORRECTLY INSTALLED. THIS WAS INSTALLED PROFESSIONALLY (WHAT A JOKE ) HE NOT ONLY INSTALLED THE NEW PRINTER, CONNECTED ALL THE I PHONES, I PAD AND TV'S ALSO CORRECTED THE PROBLEMS THAT WERE CAUSED BY THE MISTAKES CAUSED BY THE OTHER PRINTER'S INSTALLATION. WE HAVE AN I MAC. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED BY THE SERVICE !!!
