NJ advanced has been very helpful and professional. They fixed a furnace that noone else could and got our heat working in the dead of winter. They saved us money. They've come back everytime I've needed them to for various tweeks. Sal in the office always responds c for scheduling and he's easy to reach his text. Jon the technician is very smart, professional and polite. I would highly recommend them.

John was the technician who readily responded. He was timely. He was professional. He got the job done in an expedient manner. Specifically, he changed the low water cut off circuit that had shorted. Our house temperature went from 94 degrees to 67 degrees within a few hours. He is always professional yet friendly. Always willing to best serve! Kudos!! Mr. J

Tried to charge me $2500 to fix my A/C unit. Also tried to get my to replace the entire unit for $6k even tho it’s only 2 years old. Had someone else come out and they got it running for $250

Stay far away..I read other reviews and saw the low rating, but still gave them a chance and I regret wasting $525 dollars for less than 30 mins of nothing. John took out the filter said he was going to clean it and place back then do some “rewiring” what ever that meant. Nothing new changed or done. When he left I found the old filter thrown in another room in my basement. Obviously he was trying to hide something. Contacted him and the business, they never showed up to complete the job when they said they would. Then never responded to my email, so I am forced to write this review and will follow-up with whomever I can to make sure this doesn’t happen to any other hard working folks who need something fix and don’t have money to throw away to scam artist pretending as nice skilled technicians. It’s sad that John and NJ Advance took advantage of my kindness and ignorance. Next step, Better Business Bureau!!
