Compared with several plumbers, John is the best one:
- very responsive to quote, msgs and calls in time, since not only one plumbers had lost contact during communication;
- John gave us a lot of helpful suggestion during an effective evaluation , especially we had pain to learn from one contractor who supposed to create a huge project in my little restroom and kitchen
- very cooperative of paperwork to Building Dept and insurance requested by strict Coop building management office;
- very honest reasonable price and excellent professional works;
- responsible follow-up works.
It would be a pleasure to recommend John to all my friends if anybody need a plumber's help!

First of all, we have never really found a plumber with whom we have been thoroughly satisfied....that is until we met John Di Somma and his son, John.
They immediately diagnosed a problem that we've had with our heating system for over three years. They had to undo the errors made by the previous plumber. This was truly a pain-in-the-neck, lengthy and frustrating job that someone else may have thrown in the plumber's towel, so to speak...lol
John and his son lived up to one of the previous reviewer's claims of being 'the real deal' ...We wholeheartedly agree with that description! It was very evident that John did his homework before even stepping into our home. His knowledge, his dedication to perfection, and his determination to help us fix our problem showed us that he is a true professional who (and this is very rare) truly cares about his customers. Wish there were MORE than 5 stars! We can't recommend him highly enough....feels as if we have a new family member! Grateful and very, very satisfied!!!!!!! Thank you John and John!

John came to our house to see about installing a whole-house filter and while there, he answered my questions about our furnace, diagnosed a major problem (filthy), set up a time to flush the furnace and installed the filter within a few weeks.
John is the real deal. After meeting with a couple of other plumbers, collecting quotes and the stress that comes with huge estimates, I'm very happy we went with John. He's reasonable, well seasoned and very focused on the task at hand.
