Pablo and his helper very professional, reaponsible, neat and knowledgeable. He was efficient but did not rush and jump to conclusions about the root cause of the issue, and talked us through each step of the process of elimination in diagnosis. He provided an estimate prior to beginning the work, went with us to pick out and transport the replacement toilet and was able to make on-the-spot adjustments and repairs (with explanation and new estimate) for a complication with replacing the water valve when the original pipe connection needed to be replaced. He did some initial analysis on other potential problems, while the ceiling was opened. We are looking forward to working with him again when everything is dry and the ceiling is ready to be closed up.
